Services for the Establishment of CReLIC are provided by a joint venture of AMBERO Consulting Gesellschaft mbH, Como Consult GmbH and Training & Technology Transfer Ltd. Services are structures along four work packages linked to the main outcomes:

• Establishment of a data, information and knowledge management system for the collection, systematisation, exchange, training and matching of climate scenarios and site conditions with infrastructure designs, standards and guidelines.
• Review and adaptation of technical standards, procedures and guidelines for the climate-resilient further development of relevant instruments, including the implementation of pilot projects on climate proofing and climate impact assessment. This will be used, among others, to develop recommendations for project planning, review and approval within the framework of national investment planning.
• Mainstreaming of climate change resilience for the dissemination of adapted infrastructure solutions within and outside LGED. Participatory conceptualisation & implementation of an action plan, including involvement of change agents, development of a training offer & exchange platforms as well as incentives for climate resilient innovation.
• Institutionalisation of CReLIC: From the analysis of institutionalisation options to the actual institutional design to business development, human resources and financial planning and the establishment of SOPs + rules and regulations.
