The Program “Sustainable urban development in times of climate change in Peru”, in which the project is included, aims to provide goods and services (water, mobility, energy, wastewater and waste disposal) to Peru’s urban population in an environmentally and climate friendly manner and to ensure their sustainability even in the context of climate change.
The project is active in three interrelated outputs:
- Improvement of the regulatory and coordination framework, as well as of the financing conditions, for the implementation of the Circular Economy;
- Awareness raising and knowledge transfer in the field of Circular Economy;
- Improvement of qualification and accompaniment services for the implementation of CE measures.
